Navigate to https://app.servicememberdata.com and log in.
In the top-right hand corner, click "Upload", or go to https://app.servicememberdata.com/upload
If you have access to multiple towing locations, select the correct one from the drop down menu at the top of the page.
Select the date of your sale.
Either drag-and-drop your sale's files into the indicated box, or click the box and manually select your files. Files can be PDF, PNG, or CSV. If your file is a PDF, each page of the PDF is considered its own "file" for the sake of data extraction. For CSV requirements and template, please see: How to: Upload CSVsÂ
Once all of the data is entered, click "Submit"
Allow the documents to upload to our system. Once it reaches 100%, you should see a success screen.
Your files are now in our system! You will receive an email as soon as your files have been processed into SCRA certificates and waivers.
